Itinerary
Fly overnight to Colombo and upon arrival, transfer to 4★+ Wallawwa.
Days 3-5 Negombo to Cultural Triangle
Journey to the 5★ Water Garden Sigiriya in the Cultural Triangle. Visit the ancient former capital of Polonnaruwa, climb the magnificent Sigiriya fortress and spot elephants on a game drive in Minneriya National Park.
Days 6-7 Cultural Triangle to Kandy
Head to the famous Dambulla cave temples, then continue via a spice garden at Matale to 4★+ Adigar’s Manor. Explore Kandy and visit the Kandy War Cemetery and the beautiful Peradeniya Botanic Gardens. Enjoy an evening visit to the fascinating Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic.
Days 8-9 Kandy to Ella
Journey to Nanu Oya and board a train to Demodara station. Transfer to the 5★ Nine Skies. Take a short hike to Little Adam’s Peak and visit the Nine Arch Bridge.
Day 10 Ella to Yala NP
Head to Yala National Park, where you’ll stay at the charming 3★+ Leopard Safaris Yala, a stylish tented accommodation in a perfect setting to view wildlife. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive.
Days 11-12 Yala NP to Galle
Enjoy a morning game drive in Yala before driving onwards to Galle. Check into 4★+ Fort Bazaar. Explore the quaint old town on a shared walking tour with a local resident.
Days 13-14 Galle to Balapitiya
Transfer to 4★+ Kumu Beach and enjoy relaxing by the pool or head to the beach.
Days 15-16 Transfer to Colombo and fly home
