4 Night Fiordland Great Walk Package

Day 1 Te Anau  
Arrive in Te Anau and check into your hotel.                                                          

Day 2 Kepler track                              
Begin your day with a helicopter ride from Te Anau to Luxmore Hut, passing over beautiful hidden lakes and beech forest. Head out to explore the tussock covered hills and stunning scenery looking over the surrounding Fiordland mountains, then descend the mountain through silver beech forest on a well-formed track to the sandy beach of Brod Bay. Meet up with your boat for a gentle cruise back across the lake to Te Anau.                        

Day 3 Milford Track            
Experience a guided walk to Giant Gate Waterfall on the world-famous Milford Track. After arriving in Milford Sound begin with a short boat ride to Sandfly Point. Then meander alongside the cascading Arthur River through lush rainforest to Giant Gate Waterfall. An expansive swing bridge spanning the river provides perfect photo opportunities. A forest of ancient trees, vibrant ferns and mosses, and diverse birdlife – unequalled anywhere. On conclusion of the walk enjoy an afternoon scenic cruise.                                                          

Day 4 Routeburn Track                            
Begin the journey with a spectacular scenic drive along the Milford Road to the Divide Shelter, the starting point for the guided walk to Key Summit. The walk ascends through lush, temperate rainforest on a well maintained track, as your guide provides information about the natural and human heritage of Fiordland. Gaining an elevation of 400 metres, you'll emerge from the forest into the alpine environment, with panoramic views of high snowy peaks, alpine lakes, and deep bush clad valleys. Hot drinks and energy snacks are included and will be carried by the guide.                        

Day 5 Te Anau  
Your tour finishes after breakfast this morning.
