Day 1 Buenos Aires
Upon arrival transfer to your hotel.
Day 2 Buenos Aires
Discover the cobbled alleys and colonial architecture of San Telmo, the colourful streets of La Boca and historic Recoleta. This evening savour a traditional Argentine dinner and iconic tango show.
Day 3 Buenos Aires
Today is free for you to explore more of this vibrant city.
Day 4 Buenos Aires to Iguazú Falls
Fly to Iguazú Falls and on arrival cross the border into Brazil. Enjoy amazing panoramic views of these world famous falls on a private half day tour.
Day 5 Iguazú Falls
Explore the trails through the jungle on the Argentine side of the falls, which includes the walkway to the top of the largest fall, known as the ‘Devil’s Throat’.
Day 6 Iguazú Falls to Salta
Fly to Salta in Argentina’s north west, a region of outstanding scenery with a fascinating history. This afternoon enjoy a walking tour of this beautiful city.
Day 7 Salta to Purmamarca
The winding high altitude roads provide spectacular views of the desert landscape as you explore the vast salt flats of Salinas Grandes and the village of San Antonio de los Cobres. Arrive into the pretty village of Purmamarca, which sits in the shadow of the dramatic striped Hill of Seven Colours.
Day 8 Purmamarca to Salta
Today enjoy a tour of Quebrada de Humahuaca, a stunning canyon of bizarre rock formations crafted by the harsh desert. Visit the picturesque towns of Humahuaca and Tilara before returning to Salta this evening.
Day 9 Salta to Cachi
Drive west past amazing rock formations and along winding roads to the archaeological ruins and wine lands of the Calchaquí Valley. Visit Parque Nacional Los Cardones (the National Cactus Park) and the historic town of Cachi.
Day 10 Cachi to Cafayate
Drive south through the valley to Cafayate, the heart of the high altitude wine country. Visit the pretty colonial town of Molinos en route.
Day 11 Cafayate
Today visit two excellent wineries and sample some of the local wines.
Day 12 Cafayate to Buenos Aires
Drive to Salta and fly to Buenos Aires.
Day 13 Buenos Aires
Transfer to the airport.
