Day 1  Fly to Rio de Janeiro      

Day 2  Rio de Janeiro      
Welcome to Brazil. Upon arrival in Rio de Janeiro, transfer to your hotel and relax for the rest of the day.            

Day 3  Rio de Janeiro      
Today, enjoy a tour to two of Rio’s most iconic sights which promise jaw-dropping views. Take the train up Corcovado and stand at the feet of Christ the Redeemer. After lunch, head to the world-famous landmark Sugarloaf Mountain, ride a cable car to the top and take in 360 degree views of the bay and islands.            

Day 4  Rio de Janeiro      
Unwind with a day at leisure in this magnificent city. Embrace the local way of life on the world-famous beaches, explore bohemian Santa Teresa or perhaps visit the legendary home of Brazilian football at Maracanã Stadium.        

Day 5  Rio de Janeiro to Iguassu Falls    
Fly to Iguassu Falls, transfer to your hotel and spend the afternoon as you wish.      

Day 6  Iguassu Falls            
After a leisurely breakfast, explore the Argentine side of the falls. Board a small train for a tour through the park before meandering through the walkways, listening to the roar of the thundering waters and visit the suspended platform at the Devil’s Throat, the largest of the waterfalls.

Day 7  Iguassu Falls to São Paulo          
Today, take a tour of the Brazilian side of the falls, stroll along the trail that descends down the canyon and soak up the amazing panoramic views of this great wonder of the world. Later, fly to the dynamic city of São Paulo where you will spend the night.  

Day 8  São Paulo to the Amazon Rainforest      
Fly to the city of Manaus before transferring to your Amazon lodge to start your jungle adventure. Ask for more information on life in the Amazon, including details on some of the lodges and options for fantastic cruises along the mighty river.      

Days 9-10  Amazon Rainforest        
Spend two days experiencing the sights and sounds of the jungle with a range of exciting tours from your lodge. Take a boat trip in search of wildlife and trek through the jungle with knowledgeable guides to learn about traditional Amazonian life.      

Day 11  Amazon Rainforest to Rio de Janeiro            
Leave the rainforest behind as you travel to Manaus and fly to Rio de Janeiro for a night in this lively city.  

Day 12  Rio de Janeiro to Búzios          
Journey by road to the scenic beachside town of Búzios.      

Days 13-14  Búzios          
Relax on the many beaches which surround this charming peninsula and explore the chic cafés, buzzing bars and popular local restaurants which line the pretty waterfront promenade.            

Days 15-16  Transfer to Rio de Janeiro and fly home
