Day 1  Fly to Santiago    

Day 2  Santiago    
Arrive in Santiago and transfer to your hotel.          

Day 3  Santiago    
Enjoy a guided tour of Chile’s cosmopolitan capital city. See historic Santa Lucia Hill, admire the contrasting architecture throughout the city and the artistic neighbourhood of Bellavista.          

Day 4  Santiago to Elqui Valley      
Fly to La Serena and embark on a short tour of this seaside city before driving to the beautiful Elqui. Famed as one of the best areas for stargazing in the country, this evening visit an observatory to marvel at the night skies.          

Day 5  Elqui Valley          
Shop for arts and crafts in the small town of Horcón and visit one of the oldest pisco distilleries in Chile to learn how this popular liquor is produced.

Day 6  Elqui Valley          
Continue exploring the Elqui Valley with a visit to the family-run vineyard of Cavas del Valle which produces superb Syrah wines. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure.  

Day 7  Elqui Valley to Valdivia        
Rise early and fly to Puerto Montt (via Santiago) and take a scenic transfer through the Chilean Lake District to Valdivia.  

Day 8  Valdivia to Futangue Park
This morning see the highlights of Valdivia. Visit the fort on the island of Niebla and have lunch at a local brewery. Continue to Futangue Park and stay in the heart of this beautiful area.  

Days 9-10  Futangue Park    
With plenty of excursions to choose from, spend your days discovering the shimmering lakes and lush Valdivian rainforest of this little visited area.    

Day 11  Futangue Park to Colchagua Valley      
Drive back to Puerto Montt and fly to Santiago. On arrival head into the beautiful wine region that surrounds the city.

Day 12  Colchagua Valley      
Today pay a visit to two vineyards. Enjoy sampling the local the wines they produce and savour a delicious lunch.    

Days 13-14  Transfer to Santiago and fly home
