These boards are surprising stable and your instructor will teach you some skills to improve your balance and maybe even try a few tricks. However even the experts fall in so be prepared to get wet! Get to grips with the technique and follow your guide across the lake to a nearby island to relax and refuel with some cold drinks and tropical fruit.
