Itinerary
Day 1 Santiago to Easter Island
Fly from Santiago to Hanga Roa, the only town on Easter Island, and then transfer to your hotel.
Day 2 Easter Island
Today your guide will take you on a captivating journey around the island with tales of its history and legends. Discover the mysterious moai (giant statues), the Rano Raraku volcano, and the beautiful beach of Anakena.
Day 3 Easter Island
Drive up the extinct Rano Kau volcano for panoramic views over the island. Continue to the ceremonial village of Orongo and learn about the 'birdman cult' where men would scale the cliffs to retrieve the first egg of the season in a ritualistic rite of passage. End the day at the Ahu Akivi site which has seven of the best preserved moai on the island.
Day 4 Easter Island to Santiago
Transfer to the airport and fly to Santiago.
