Wild Ecuador - Amazon & Galapagos

Days 1-2  Quito  
Fly to Quito. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and spend the rest of the day taking in this historic city. The following morning, embark on a walking tour of Quito with a private guide. Wander the cobbled streets, visit beautiful plazas and explore a host of churches and monasteries before having the chance to climb the Equator Monument offering wonderful views across the expansive Andean landscape.

Day 3  Quito to the Amazon Rainforest      
Transfer to Quito airport and fly to Coca. Upon arrival, journey by boat along the Napo River to reach your lodge in Yasuní National Park.

Days 4-5  Amazon Rainforest  
Spend the next two days embracing the biodiverse wonders of the Amazon Rainforest. Hike jungle trails alongside an expert naturalist guide or view the treetop canopy from above atop an observation tower. Perhaps also pay a visit to a nearby indigenous community or marvel at the flora and fauna as you kayak or canoe through the pristine waterways.

Day 6  Amazon Rainforest to Quito            
Travel back to Quito where you will spend the rest of the day and evening at leisure.

Day 7  Quito to the Galápagos Islands      
Fly to Baltra and set sail on board your stylish catamaran, 5★ Endemic. This catamaran offers the perfect opportunity to unwind between exciting land and sea adventures by offering stand up paddle boards and kayaks.

Days 8-10  Galápagos Islands            
Immerse yourself in the enchanting Galápagos Islands over the next few days. Each day will reveal new wonders, from guided hikes across volcanic landscapes to snorkelling in crystal clear waters alongside sea turtles, playful sea lions and schools of tropical fish. Encounter giant tortoises in their natural habitat, blue footed boobies and iguanas basking on lava rocks. Discover hidden coves and untouched beaches where marine birds nest. Embrace the opportunity to visit the Baroness’ Lookout on the north of Floreana Island or Post Office Bay, which keeps the legendary post barrel that whalers historically used to post their mail in. Day 11  Galápagos Islands to Quito            
Today, sail to Baltra, disembark and transfer to the airport. Fly back to Quito for your final night.
