Itinerary
Journey south from Cusco to the vast and beautiful Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world. Visit Taquile Island and the Uros floating islands, meeting the locals and hearing of their traditional way of life.
Days 3-4 Lake Titicaca to Colca Canyon
Enjoy the scenic journey past picturesque lagoons to Colca Canyon. Visit Condor’s Cross from where you can appreciate the grandeur of this huge canyon and hopefully catch sight of condors soaring overhead.
Days 5-6 Colca Canyon to Arequipa
Travel to Arequipa, Peru’s famed ‘White City’. Surrounded by three volcanoes and filled with striking historic architecture, discover the highlights of this pretty city including the vast, walled Santa Catalina Convent, described as a ‘city within a city’.
Day 7 Arequipa to Lima
Fly to Lima for your onward travel arrangements.
