Itinerary

Day 1  Fly to Bangkok

Days 2-4  Bangkok
On your first full day in Thailand’s capital, explore this bustling hub like the locals do on a private tour of the city by tuktuk, river boat and Skytrain. Take in the splendour that is the Grand Palace and marvel at the leaning Buddha, located   in Wat Pho.

Day 5  Bangkok to Chiang Mai
Say farewell to Bangkok as you transfer to the train station where an English-speaking guide will assist you with boarding your overnight train bound for Chiang Mai.

Day 6  The Bush Camp, Chiang Mai
Late morning, arrive in Chiang Mai and transfer from the train station to The Bush Camp, Chiang Mai. After lunch, experience feeding and interacting with the elephants whilst observing the mahouts’ duties and their daily life.

Days 7-9  Chiang Mai
Observe how the elephants are cared for during their morning bath routine before returning to camp for a final lunch and your transfer to Chiang Mai. A city steeped with culture, visit the fascinating Chiang Mai Old Town, distinctly noted by the encircling ancient walls. Afterwards head off with your private guide to the spectacular Wat Phra That Doi Suthep with its prominent golden chedi which enshrines a piece of the Buddha before venturing to the hidden jungle temple of Wat Phalat.

Days 10-12  Koh Phangan
Transfer to the airport and fly to Koh Samui before transferring via ferry to  Koh Phangan where you will spend the  next few days. Unwind on the gorgeous beaches or hike to the many scenic waterfalls that dot the island.

Days 13-15  Koh Samui
Board a boat transfer to the white sand beaches of Koh Samui. Enjoy a speedboat tour of Ang Thong Marine Park’s unspoilt islands and snorkel in the turquoise waters.

Days 16-17  Khao Sok NP
Transfer to Elephant Hills tented camp for an up-close experience with these majestic animals. Learn about and feed the Asian elephants before embarking on a canoe up the river and a sightseeing longtail boat journey the following day.

Days 18-20  Krabi
Spend your last morning at Elephant Hills with a jungle trek before transferring onto Krabi for some rest and relaxation by the Andaman Sea.

Days 21-23  Koh Lanta
This morning you will be transferred to Koh Lanta for a beach break with a laidback atmosphere, surrounded by limestone karsts, powder sand and crystal clear waters.

Days 24-26  Phuket
Embark on another transfer to the atmospheric town of Phuket where you will get an opportunity to discover the delicious flavours of local dishes on a private food tour.

Days 27-29  Koh Yao Noi
