Itinerary
Days 1-2 Hanoi
Fly overnight to Hanoi. Arrive into Vietnam’s buzzing capital and settle into your hotel.
Day 3 Hanoi
Explore some of the fascinating historic villages surrounding Hanoi and engage with local families to learn about the history and age old traditions of their communities. Enjoy an afternoon on a guided tour of the city’s bustling Old Quarter and its winding alleyways.
Day 4 Hanoi to Yen Tu
Journey to Yen Tu and spend time at leisure amongst picturesque natural scenery. Trek through verdant forests, join a relaxing meditation class, or soak up unforgettable views with a scenic cable car ride to the mountains.
Day 5 Yen Tu to Halong Bay
Head to beautiful Halong Bay and board 4★+ Heritage Line Ginger for your overnight cruise.
Days 6-7 Hoi An
Fly to Danang and transfer to Hoi An. Soak up the atmosphere of the colourful old town with a walking tour through its vibrant streets.
Days 8-9 Quy Nhon
Board the exclusive 12 passenger Vietage train and journey down the central Vietnamese coast to the pretty coastal city of Quy Nhon. Enjoy breathtaking views of lush landscapes as you dine on a gourmet three course lunch and indulge in free-flowing drinks while aboard the train. On arrival transfer to the spectacular 5★ Anantara Quy Nhon Villas, your home for the next few days.
Days 10-12 Nha Trang
Drive to Nha Trang before transferring by boat to Ninh Van Bay and enjoy a couple of days relaxing at 4★+ An Lam Retreats Ninh Van Bay, an oasis of tranquillity.
Days 13-14 Mekong Delta
Fly to Ho Chi Minh City and drive to the Mekong Delta. Spend one night at a riverside lodge before a full day cruising along the meandering waterways.
Day 15 Ho Chi Minh City
After your cruise transfer to the peaceful sanctuary of 5★ An Lam Retreats Saigon River. Later visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels.
Days 16-17 Fly home
