Experience Maine’s rugged shorelines, the mountains of New Hampshire, the beautiful wilderness of the Adirondacks and the rolling Berkshire Hills of Massachusetts.
Days 1-2 Boston
The vibrant city of Boston is rich in history and culture and its historic trails are easy to explore on foot.
Day 3 Boston to Saco
Transfer to the Cruise America depot in Tyngsboro to collect your motorhome mid-morning and drive north along the picturesque coastline. Stop for lunch at Cape Neddick Lighthouse and take in the superb sea views. Enjoy time at Old Orchard Beach, a popular summer spot for the locals.
Day 4 Saco to Bar Harbor
Explore quaint harbour towns before reaching Bar Harbor, gateway to Acadia National Park and a haven for outdoor activities.
Day 5 Acadia NP
Discover dramatic glacier carved valleys, pristine lakes, soaring peaks and the rugged shoreline of this national park.
Day 6 Bar Harbor to White Mountains
Breathtaking views of mountain ranges and forests will delight as you pass through a landscape dotted with historic villages.
Day 7 White Mountains
A day to enjoy the stunning beauty of the White Mountains. Ride the Mount Washington Cog Railway for spectacular views and visit the Silver Cascade Waterfall for a great photo opportunity.
Day 8 White Mountains to Lake Placid
Stop at the quintessential New England village of Woodstock in Vermont with its famous bridge and old fashioned general store.
Day 9 Lake Placid
Spend a full day exploring the relaxing surrounds of Lake Placid. Hike around the trail which surrounds nearby Mirror Lake or stroll through the charming village of Lake Placid.
Day 10 Lake Placid to Williamstown
Today, head south to Williamstown nestled within the heart of the Purple Valley, so called due to the lavender veil that often shrouds the mountains at dusk.
Day 11 Williamstown to Boston
Your final day takes you through Massachusetts’ beautiful rolling Berkshire Hills before returning to Boston.
