New York Conference

Day 1  New York    
Welcome to New York! Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to the luxurious InterContinental New York Times Square, your home for the next three nights. Once checked in, make yourself familiar with the local area. The rest of the day will be at your leisure, as each attendee has a New York CityPASS, you are able to visit the Empire State Building Observatory, American Museum of Natural History, The Guggenheim Museum OR Top of The Rock Observation Deck, The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island, OR a Circle Line Sightseeing Cruise, 9/11 Memorial & Museum or The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum.        

Day 2  New York    
Today will be your dedicated day of meetings. Spend the day in one of the hotel’s 11 meeting rooms with flexible event space for your requirements. After a hard day of meetings, reward yourself with a lovely meal at the hotel’s Private Dining Room. After dinner, maybe head towards a chic bar or club around Times Square.        

Day 3  New York    
Following your final day of meeting. The rest of your day is at your leisure to do some shopping or visit more sites included in your New York CityPASS.        

Day 4  New York    
Your time in New York has come to an end. Time to pack up and head to the airport for your flight home.
