Itinerary

Days 1-2  Charleston  
Fly to Charleston, an elegant historic city in South Carolina. Here you’ll find beautifully preserved architecture, grand antebellum homes and a lovely waterfront setting.                      

Day 3  Charleston to Savannah                    
Pick up your car and cross into Georgia where charming Savannah awaits.

Day 4  Savannah                  
Wander the cobblestone streets of the romantic Historic District, take a horse-drawn carriage ride or hop on a guided trolley tour.      

Day 5  Savannah to Jekyll Island            
Leave the city and travel to Georgia’s glorious Golden Isles, a collection of barrier islands that includes beautiful Jekyll Island.    

Day 6  Jekyll Island                    
Once a holiday retreat for millionaires such as Rockefeller, today this barrier island is more renowned for its natural beaches and wildlife, including sea turtles and over 400 species of birds.                      

Day 7  Jekyll Island to St Augustine        
Continue south into the ‘Sunshine State’. Founded in 1565, St Augustine is the oldest continuously occupied city in North America and boasts Spanish architecture and an impressive fortress.                      

Day 8  St Augustine to Tallahassee    
En route to Florida's state capital, why not stop off at Wakulla Springs State Park, home to the world’s largest freshwater spring and azure waters, flanked by ancient cypress trees.                  

Day 9  Tallahassee
Tallahassee is often known as 'Trailahassee' for its myriad hiking opportunities! Explore the nearby Apalachicola National Forest, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and naturalists alike. Enjoy hiking or kayaking around the rivers, lakes and forests that make up this natural wilderness.        
           
Day 10  Tallahassee to Pensacola Beach          
Next stop is the pristine white sands of Pensacola Beach.

Day 11  Pensacola Beach                    
Spend the day soaking up the sun on the beach or head to Pensacola town and explore its historic downtown, galleries and museums.                    

Day 12  Pensacola Beach to New Orleans        
Continue west and travel by the sparkling Alabama and Mississippi coastlines. Drop off your car on arrival in vibrant New Orleans.                    

Days 13-14  New Orleans                  
The Big Easy delights with its history and mystique. Admire the charming buildings, revel in the bars of Bourbon Street, listen to live jazz and learn about the Voodoo Queen.

Days 15-16  Fly Home
