About the villa

With Mahoe Bay's calm, crystal-clear waters just beyond the garden, Caribbean Wind is designed to make the most of its exceptional beachfront setting. Set right on the waterfront, the property enjoys uninterrupted sea views, spacious lawns and a generous terrace designed for long, unhurried days in the sunshine.

At the heart of the outdoor space is a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, while a barbecue and outdoor dining area make it easy to gather for relaxed meals with family and friends. A private path leads directly towards the beach, placing the soft sands and excellent snorkelling of Mahoe Bay within easy reach.

Inside, the villa has a bright, welcoming feel, with exposed timber-beamed ceilings, cool tiled floors and open-plan living spaces that make the most of the sea breeze. The kitchen and living space flow onto the terrace, creating a natural connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Spread between a main house and separate guest house, Caribbean Wind is particularly well suited to extended families or groups travelling together. Ground-floor bedrooms open directly onto the terrace and feature open-air en suite shower rooms, while the spacious master bedroom occupies the upper floor of the main house. Complete with its own living area, kitchenette and private balcony overlooking the bay, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the main social spaces.

If you're wanting to explore the local area, Sugarcane Restaurant is just a short drive away, while nearby Nail Bay Golf Club provides one of the island's most scenic rounds. Spanish Town, with its shops, restaurants and ferry terminal, can also be reached in around 10 minutes by car.
