About the villa

Perched above Little Trunk Bay on Virgin Gorda's south-west coast, Eden Waters enjoys a commanding position overlooking the Sir Francis Drake Channel, with some of the island's most celebrated beaches and natural landmarks close at hand. Framed by granite boulders and tropical landscaping, the villa makes the most of its elevated setting, creating a peaceful base for families and groups looking to balance time by the sea with spacious, comfortable living.

At the heart of the property is a generous pool terrace, where a waterfall feature, wide sun deck and natural rock formations create an inviting space to spend the day. A ramp links the outdoor areas with the main house, providing excellent accessibility throughout the property.

Inside, beautiful high ceilings and open-plan living spaces keep the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. The main living/dining room opens directly onto the wraparound terrace, while a well-equipped kitchen and outdoor dining area make gathering for long lunches and evening meals particularly easy, all against the stunning backdrop of the Caribbean sea.

Accommodation is arranged across the main house and separate guest buildings, making Eden Waters particularly well suited to multi-generational families or groups travelling together. Five king-size bedrooms each feature en suite bathrooms and private outdoor space, with terraces and balconies providing quiet spots to enjoy the coastal scenery. Select ground-floor bedrooms also offer mobility-friendly features, including grab bars and step-free access.

A short pathway leads down to the white sands and clear snorkelling waters of Little Trunk Bay, while Spring Bay National Park and The Baths are within a 1.3km walk. Restaurants, cafés and everyday essentials in The Valley can all be reached within a five-minute drive.
