About the villa

Perched on the edge of Virgin Gorda’s rugged western coastline, La Vida Villa commands an exceptional beachfront position in Nail Bay, where dramatic granite boulders meet quiet stretches of sand. Surrounded by vibrant tropical greenery, the property is designed to embrace the relaxed pace of island living. Broad stone terraces frame a 12m private infinity pool with built-in steps, lined with low-slung daybeds and sun loungers overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Further down towards the water’s edge, a waterfront gazebo, fire pit, and hammocks offer secluded nooks to unwind, while a covered dining pergola on the main terrace, equipped with a gas barbecue grill, sets the scene for al fresco meals as the sun sets over the water.

Inside, the light-filled main living area features soaring timber cathedral ceilings and exposed wooden beams, creating an airy, rustic elegance. Broad sliding glass doors open onto the covered upper terrace, allowing ocean breezes to flow freely through the open-plan lounge, dining area, and well-appointed kitchen with its large central island and breakfast bar. The five en suite bedrooms are set across two levels, ensuring privacy and space for multi-generational, or larger groups. On the main floor, the master suite features a stunning four-poster king size bed, with a freestanding bath and walk-in wardrobe opening to a private ocean-facing balcony, alongside the master, is an en suite twin room. On the lower ground floor, three double bedrooms open directly onto the pool terrace. This lower level also houses a media room, wet bar, and a dedicated children’s play space.

Also equipped for active days outdoors, the villa includes kayaks and snorkelling gear for exploring the crystal-clear waters nearby. A short 170m stroll leads to the Nail Bay Sports Club and Sugarcane Restaurant, whilst the island’s famous giant beach boulders at The Baths and the lively harbour at Spanish Town are just a short drive away.
