About the villa

Tucked into the hillside just above the harbour village of Nikiana, Villa Salvia offers a serene base for a holiday on Lefkada. With far-reaching views across the sea to the mainland, it’s the kind of place where mornings begin slowly—coffee in hand on the terrace, sunlight dancing on the water.

The villa sleeps six across three en suite bedrooms, making it ideal for families or friends travelling together. The ground-floor double opens directly onto the pool terrace, while upstairs two further bedrooms each enjoy their own private balcony—perfect spots for a quiet read or an evening drink as the sun sets.

Life here flows easily between indoors and out. The open-plan living space connects to the terrace and private pool, where loungers and parasols invite long afternoons in the sun. For a change of pace, the lower ground floor holds a games room with table tennis and table football, a fun retreat after a day exploring.

Shops, cafés and tavernas are within walking distance, and the nearest beach is just 500 metres away. Venture further to Nidri, five kilometres along the coast, for watersports, boat trips and lively dining. Salvia blends tranquillity with easy access to everything that makes Lefkada special.
