This stylish 150m² villa accommodates up to six guests and is designed for those seeking both relaxation and connection; whether that’s unwinding by the private pool or sharing sunset barbecues on the terrace. Surrounded by acres of unspoilt vegetation, the villa offers a sense of seclusion while being perfectly positioned, at the front of two sister villas, to enjoy views stretching from Preveza to the western shores of Lefkada.

The ground floor is bright and open plan, featuring a welcoming living and dining area that flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the contemporary furnishings to the well appointed amenities, creating a homely yet luxurious atmosphere. A comfortable bedroom and convenient shower room en suite complete this level, ideal for guests who prefer easy ground floor access.

The villa is arranged over split levels, with just a few steps separating the ground floor and upper level. Here you will find two elegant bedrooms each feature double beds and en suite bathrooms, designed with soft, natural tones and large windows that frame the beautiful sea and countryside views. The modern bathrooms offer sleek fittings and generous space, making mornings feel effortless and evenings serene.

Stepping outside, the villa’s private pool takes centre stage; a tranquil spot for morning dips or long afternoons under the Greek sun. The spacious veranda and surrounding garden invite guests to dine al fresco or simply relax in the gentle sea breeze.
