About the villa

Occupying an elevated position above the coast near Nidri, Walter's Retreat pairs striking contemporary design with sweeping sea views across the Lefkada landscape. The villa offers a collection of stylish indoor and outdoor spaces that invite guests to relax, dine and soak up the scenery throughout the day.

At the heart of the villa is a bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, where large openings create a seamless connection to the terraces beyond. Three sets of doors lead directly to the pool area, allowing sea views to take centre stage both inside and out. The ground floor also contains a king bedroom with an en suite shower room and direct access to the pool terrace, making it an appealing option for guests seeking easy access to the villa's outdoor spaces.

Upstairs, two further en suite king bedrooms enjoy elevated views across the coastline. One can be arranged as a twin, offering flexibility for families or friends travelling together, while the master bedroom benefits from its own private balcony. Both upper-floor bedrooms open onto outdoor spaces perfectly positioned for a quiet morning coffee or a sunset drink.

Outside, Walter's Retreat truly comes into its own. An impressive L-shaped swimming pool stretches across the terrace, surrounded by a variety of inviting spots for lounging and socialising. A shaded outdoor dining area, complete with an outdoor kitchen and built-in gas barbecue, creates an effortless setting for long al fresco meals against a backdrop of sparkling sea views.

Despite its peaceful hillside setting, the villa is wonderfully well placed for exploring Lefkada's east coast. Pasa Beach is just 500 metres away, ideal for a morning swim, while the lively harbour town of Nidri is only 2km from the villa. Here you'll find a wide selection of waterfront restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets and everyday amenities, making it easy to enjoy both relaxed days by the pool and evenings spent soaking up the atmosphere along the marina. The neighbouring villages of Nikiana is also within easy reach, offering further opportunities to discover the island's coastline.
