About the villa
The superb renovation of this rural farmhouse has paid the utmost respect to traditional building methods and materials. With limestone walls and local marés sandstone, this gracefully stylish, neutral and calming villa is the ideal place for a large group of friends or family to relax and indulge whilst away.
Through the entrance hall, guests are greeted by the open plan kitchen and dining room. This space is an ideal spot for hosting with its slate island unit and large wooden dining table. With contemporary tasteful decorations and furnishings alongside the original beams and stone fixtures, guests can appreciate the beauty of both styles combined. Also on the ground floor, there are three large living rooms; with french doors, soft décors and warming exposed stone, all provide an oasis for unwinding. Further on, there is a library and a master double bedroom with shower room en suite and countryside views.
The annexe holds a double bedroom with bathroom ensuite and private garden. This outbuilding is ideal for anyone looking for some independence such as teenagers or grandparents. The rest of the bedrooms can be found in the barn, all four bedrooms are doubles with bathroom en suites, garden views and sleek interiors.
Outside in the rural grounds is an expansive, tranquil pool with shaded outdoor seating, the perfect place to enjoy the sun whilst listening to the surrounding wildlife.
As an ABOVE villa, daily maid service, breakfast and concierge service are available, ensuring time spent at Santa Ana is not only remarkable, but restful too.
Cala Macarella and Cala Macarelleta, two of Menorca’s best beaches, are only a fifteen minute walk away, whilst amenities such as restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and supermarkets are just a short drive away in Ciutadella.
