Just a five-minute walk from the sea and only 300 metres from Kalamar watersports, it is perfectly placed for guests looking to combine relaxation with easy access to Kalkan's vibrant coastline.

Inside, the villa is bright and welcoming, with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area designed to make the most of the scenery. Large concertina doors open onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Comfortable seating areas and an alfresco dining space provide the ideal setting for everything from leisurely breakfasts to long summer evenings overlooking the sea.

The villa accommodates up to six guests across three en suite bedrooms, each thoughtfully positioned to take advantage of the spectacular views. Two bedrooms occupy the first floor, one double and one twin, both opening onto private balconies. The master suite commands the entire upper floor, where a spacious bedroom and private terrace offer uninterrupted views across Kalamar Bay.

Outside, the private swimming pool is surrounded by generous sunbathing terraces and a shaded seating area, making it easy to spend entire days outdoors. For those keen to explore, local cafés, restaurants and supermarkets can be found within 700 metres, while the harbour town of Kalkan, with its renowned rooftop restaurants, boutique shops and beach clubs, is just 1.8km away. Kalkan Beach is also within easy reach at 2.3km, offering another opportunity to enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Turquoise Coast.
